We're more than a bakery — we're a luxury treat manufacturer, handcrafted in Chicago from a West Side storefront built for economic development, community pride, and a sweeter future for Austin. Every brownie, cookie, and batch of gourmet popcorn is made to create magical memories — whether it's a fundraiser, a gift, or an everyday moment worth celebrating.
We didn't set out to build a brand — we set out to bring people together. The brand is what happened when the treats kept doing the talking.

The Beginning
A brick-and-mortar on the West Side, built for the Austin community.
Bitoy's opened its doors on Chicago's West Side with a bigger mission than brownies: create economic development, build pride, and pioneer a corridor for the Austin community. We didn't just move into the neighborhood — we planted roots, hired local, and made the block a little sweeter.
Airport Famous
O'Hare picked us up — then Midway, LAX, and ATL.
What started as a hometown obsession went national when major airports added Bitoy's to their gourmet lineup. Suddenly our brownies and popcorn were flying to every corner of the country in carry-ons.

2023 was the year the city made it official: our brownies won top honors and we were named Chicago's Best Popcorn. Recognition is sweet, but the real win was proving that a West Side treat house could stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the biggest names in the city.
