Fresh treats, carefully packed, shipped straight to your door.
In-store pick-up is available Tuesday – Thursday, 11am – 2pm. Orders must be placed by Monday at 5pm to guarantee pick-up for the week. Orders not picked up in a timely manner are not eligible for refund.
Summer shipping rates are in effect May through October. We strongly recommend choosing Express shipping during warm months so your package arrives promptly. We cannot guarantee other shipping methods in high temperatures.
Warm-weather shipments include insulation and ice packs to keep confections cool. These extra precautions add weight to the package, which is reflected in seasonal shipping rates.
Please provide an address where someone will be available to receive your package. This minimizes the risk of heat or sun exposure, especially for chocolate items.
In-stock items ship during our regular shipping drops, twice per week. Summer orders placed after Wednesday, or orders headed to warm destinations, may be held until the following Monday to avoid weekend transit and reduce melting risk.
Delivery times are not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, high volume, or other factors beyond our control. We do our best to get packages out on time, but we are not responsible for delays once the carrier has accepted the shipment.

We make every effort to keep our freshest treats in stock. If an item sells out unexpectedly, we will contact you by phone or email right away with an estimated restock date. If we do not hear back within 3 days, the remaining available items in your order will ship.
Our treats are handcrafted with fresh ingredients, so colors, weights, and sizes may vary slightly from batch to batch — that's the charm of made-fresh sweets.
